Windows docking

Docking enables freely move, anchor (dock), enlarge or shrink windows, or drag and drop them to a new floating window.

Movement of windows

To move a selected window:
  1. Switch to a selected window by clicking to its bookmark or its heading (1)
  2. Click the mouse button and move the bookmark of the selected window. A docking cross will be displayed (2)
  3. Release the mouse button above the selected field of docking cross (3)
  4. The window will be moved to a new position.
  5. If you want to pull out the bookmark to a new floating window, release the mouse button above the free desktop (outside the docking cross).

Floating windows

Any bookmark can be pulled out to a new floating window:
  1. Switch to a selected window by clicking to its bookmark or its heading (1)
  2. Click the mouse button and move the bookmark of the selected window. A docking cross will be displayed (2)
  3. Release the mouse button above the free desktop (outside the docking cross)
  4. The window will be moved to a new position.
